Reiki Training at Haymarket Center
/Members of the Midwest Reiki Community teamed up with staff at Haymarket to bring Reiki training to a group of women in their program. Reiki is beneficial for everyone, but for people in need it can be transformative. We began by sharing mini treatments with the ladies, and then came back to teach them how to channel Reiki for themselves in a one-day class. I think of Reiki training as teaching people to fish. It was beautiful to see the group shift from skeptical and guarded to open and grateful. I'll never forget it.
